Betfair Signs Norwegian Phenom

Internet betting exchange Betfair has announced that it has signed Elisabeth Hille, the poker amateur out of Norway who almost made the World Series of Poker final table, as a Team Betfair Ambassador.

Hille, who was staked to the event by her boyfriend, busted out in eleventh place, taking home $590,442. A company spokesperson says that Hille will join Betfair's growing Ambassador lineup. Currently the company's Ambassadors are: UK Ambassador John 'kunku wap' Tabatabai, 2008 WSOP Main Event Champion Peter Eastgate and Canada's Jonathon Driscoll.
