Baker Tilly Will Oversee Purple Lounge Liquidation

Defunct internet casino site Purple Lounge has had supervisors appointed to oversee its liquidation, with Baker Tilly UK winning the appointment.

The news was reported by the London Gazette on Friday, and players were soon discussing the issue and submitting claims for repayment.

The notice on the proceeding of liquidation was published by Purple Lounge's parent company Media Corp, who has announced that they are holding a shareholder meeting on July 23rd to vote on a resolution that would settle the company's final business.

A full list of Purple Lounge's creditors is available for viewing at Baker Tilly's Restructuring and Recovery LLP offices located at: The Clock House, 140 London Road, Guildford, Surrey GU1 1UW between 10.00 am and 4.00 pm in two two business days before the meeting is held.
