European bookmaker Unibet is getting set to enter Australia's online betting market and has tapped the media firm ZenithOptimedia to help develop a targeted television spot that will debut in the near future.
Commenting on the appointment of ZenithOptimedia, Unibet General Manager Mads Joergensen said: "We have very aggressive and ambitious plans for Australia and it was critical we chose a partner who matched these ambitions. We found that in ZenithOptimedia, and were very impressed with their all-round media skills."
"It was important for us to get the right personality mix, and we are very happy with the team that is going to be supporting us. We really liked their open and engaging style."
Ian Perrin, CEO of ZenithOptimedia also commented, saying: "The online gambling market is a fast growing industry and we are pleased to partner with such a professional business as Unibet. They are market leaders in other parts of the world and we look forward to pushing them to similar success in Australia."
