Italian Casino San Remo To Launch Online Live Dealers

Italian land based casino San Remo Casino has announced that it has partnered with Malta based live dealer provider MediaLive in a deal that will see San Remo offering a live dealer channel.

As part of the deal, MediaLive will provide its technology to Casino San Remo to allow for real time internet streaming of its casino games, allowing live and online players to play games together. The casino's stream will also be offered to third party licensees as part of the agreement.

Commenting on the deal, MediaLive Sales and Marketing Manager Angelo De Gobbi said: “Up to now no real (land) Italian casino has been so far-sighted; online games were considered as competitors. Casinò di Sanremo has been the first to grasp the huge potential of broadcasting the games directly from its prestigious rooms.”

Giuseppe Di Meco, the President of Casino Spa (Casino San Remo's parent company) also commented, saying: “Up to now no real (land) Italian casino has been so far-sighted; online games were considered as competitors. Casinò di Sanremo has been the first to grasp the huge potential of broadcasting the games directly from its prestigious rooms.”
