Online casino group Fortune Lounge has announced that it has added Skype calls to its 24 hour support functionality for its internet based casinos.
The Skype support calls are being filtered through an Automatic Caller Distribution system, providing for English voice support through a user's computer. More language support will be added as customer demand dictates.
Players who want to use Skype for support can use the "Call Me" button through either the casino's software or website to initiate a Skype session.
Commenting on the launch, Fortune Lounge Head of Customer Support Wim Ochse said: “This is a first in the industry. No other casino groups offer Skype as a one-click contact method. We are dealing with people who sit on computers all the time, so to call directly from the computer makes sense.”
