Australia based internet wagering software developer Aristocrat Technologies has announced that it will be working with United States gambling giant Shuffle Master on internet poker opportunities.
As part of the deal, Aristocrat will give its online casino clients the opportunity to access Ongame poker content. Recently Shuffle master acquired the Ongame Network to enhance its online gambling portfolio.
Commenting on the deal, Aristocrat Vice President of Systems Sales and Marketing Kelly Shaw said: "We already created one of the best online gaming solutions in nLive, and now we want to further enhance the product by giving operators the ability to access and offer to their players Ongame's premier poker content."
"Today both Aristocrat and Bally Technologies have agreed to offer Ongame as one of their preferred poker solutions. We have already begun work on integrating the Ongame poker solution into our nLive platform, and it is our intent to offer customers the opportunity to participate in a combined liquidity pool that will be beneficial to their customers and to the operators themselves."
Shuffle Master CEO Gavin Isaacs also commented, saying: "Deals such as this are part of our strategy for Ongame upon our closing of the (Ongame) acquisition, and we are very excited that they are starting these integration opportunities prior to our integrating Ongame into the Shuffle Master family."
Ongame's poker content is expected to enhance Aristocrat's proprietary library of more than 30 games that it includes in the nLive package which it offers to online casino operators.
Shuffle Master's Ongame network includes more than 25 of the world's largest online gambling brands and is said to reach up to 45,000 players at a time during peak times.
