Beleaguered internet casino Purple Lounge has finally made contact with its customers to relay that the site has suspended operations and will communicating again within the next week.
The email shows an identical message on the casino's website and revealed nothing new to players who have been keeping up on the situation. For several weeks players have been complaining of stalled payouts and a lack of customer support on the site.
Purple Lounge's owners Media Corp released a trading update last week saying that it was suspended operations of the company due to a lack of success. Media Corp had acquired Purple Lounge just over a year and a half ago.
