The Maltese Lotteries and Gaming Authority has finally responded to the debacle relating to the abrupt closure of the Purple Lounge Casino last month.
The LGA said that Purple Lounge Limited requested that the Maltese regulator terminate its eGaming licenses on April 23rd and that it obliged, but only after it had been able to confirm that there were not any pending complaints against the casino and that the firm was in step with Remote Gaming Regulations.
Players who have encountered issues with the casino since that date are out of luck it appears, as the LGA has said that it cannot assist players who had submitted complaints after it terminated Purple Lounge's gaming licenses.
