Two Bookies Arrested For Cricket Bets In India

Two online bookies were arrested in Bangalore, India after they were caught taking bets on cricket matches.

The men, who are both in their twenties, were arrested at the Hotel Rajmahal Comfort. Police took a laptop, cash, and 34 cellular phones.

A spokesman for the local police agency shared that the illegal betting activity had spread beyond the city limits, which lead to the arrest of another bookie and more cash.

The investigation of the duo's crime is ongoing.
