Full Tilt Subsidiary Removes Its Application For Alderney License

Full Tilt Poker subsidiary company Orinic Limited has withdrawn its application for an e-gaming license through the Alderney Gambling Control Commission, further cementing the fact that the Groupe Bernard Tapie will not be purchasing Full Tilt Poker.

The move comes a day after the news of the breakup of the acquisition deal, which would have seen GBT taking ownership of Full Tilt. The deal was abandoned after the United States Department of Justice placed a last minute requirement that would require Full Tilt to repay the money owed to players within 90 days of the company's sale.
