Amaya Now Owns 86.06% Of Cryptologic Stock

Canadian based wagering software developer Amaya Gaming has almost completed its acquisition of American gambling software developer Cryptologic as the company now owns 86.06% of Cryptologic's stock.

Currently Amaya controls 11,989,294 shares of Cryptologic's stock, and continues to try to acquire additional stock from late sellers. To accommodate those sellers, Amaya has extended its offer until May 2nd.
