Bwin.Party Applies For Nevada Online Poker License

European online gambling giant Bwin.Party digital Entertainment has applied for an online poker license in Nevada, according to CardPlayer.com.

Bwin.Party has previously signed agreements with MGM Resorts International and Boyd Gaming to partner in online poker operations should the hobby be legalized in Nevada.

Bwin owned PartyPoker cleared itself of any legal action by the US Department of Justice after it paid a $105 million dollar settlement.
