Online poker website Americas Cardroom has announced that it will begin offering tables with a four player max limit.
The new 4-max tables will be available for play at low, mid, and high stakes tables. These new tables will maximize the number of hands players see.
Commenting on the new tables, Americas Cardroom Spokesman Michael Harris said, "Here we go again with more improvements designed for poker players who love faster action and better value. Our new 4-max tables are now open for players looking for a smaller field."
The announcement from the Costa Rica based wagering company comes at a time when many of its competitors are also introducing upgrades to their software. Recently online poker giant PokerStars announced that its Zoom Poker product was entering a real cash beta test.
