Digital entertainment company Konami is partnering with mobile and social gaming company Joingo to offer its KCMS Patron product to gambling operators.

KCMS Patron is an application that will give casino visitors the chance to obtain special promotional offers and loyalty incentives. It would allow gambling operators to deploy their apps immediately through Android, Blackberry, iOS, and Mobile Web Apps, giving themselves the best opportunity to engage their patrons more often.

As a unique feature of the app, players will be able to access available comp offers and can be redeemed on the spot, by offering specialized games through mobile phones. It would also allow for patrons to order drinks, request cars from valet, locate specific gaming machines and enrolling in a players club membership. Customers will also be able to view restaurant menus, make reservations and obtain show schedules.

Commenting on the partnership, Joingo CEO Steve Boyle said "Konami and Joingo share many of the same objectives, both providing technology that empowers casino operators to implement innovative marketing campaigns and drive business forward. KCMS and the Patron App work together to propel a casino's overall loyalty and social media strategy."
