Online gambling software developer Kenilworth Systems Corporation has announced that it is establishing a new division in Las Vegas.
The purpose of the move is to allow the developer to build internet gambling solutions for land based casino clients. The move comes as momentum builds for the legalization and regulation of internet gambling in the state.
Kenilworth owns a patent that allows casinos to set up live and interactive online wagering systems. Kenilworth will release its technology in mobile form as well as for video game consoles Playstation 3 and Xbox 360.
Commenting on his company's new venture, Kenilworth CEO Dan Snyder said “Kenilworth’s future has been dramatically enhanced by recent dramatic changes in the U.S. online wagering regulatory environment, literally throwing wide the door to our new and innovative technology for remote live gaming. Good technology can bring consumer friendly, safe and secure, wagering to mobile users and the home environment; and Kenilworth’s patented technology is core to this play.”
