Cryptologic And NeoGames Enter Licensing Deal

Online gaming developers Cryptologic and NeoGames have reached a licensing agreement that will see Cryptologic providing its games for distribution.

Initially Cryptologic will be providing two of its more popular slot games to NeoGames, with more games being released throughout the agreement. Currently NeoGames has a network of more than 30 operators to which it distributes games.

Commenting on the deal Cryptologic Group Head of Business Development Ian Price said, "We are pleased to welcome a company with the reputation and reach of NeoGames to our list of blue-chip licensees. This agreement opens the door for CryptoLogic's games to over 30 new online gaming operators and we are confident it will generate value for both companies."

NeoGames Networks Managing Director Shay Bar-Joseph also issued comment, saying "Integrating third party games into the NeoSphere platform is another important milestone for NeoGames as part of our commitment to provide best-of-breed solutions for our partners. NeoGames is delighted to add CryptoLogic's industry-leading games to our portfolio and provide our partners with branded slot games."
