The Atlantis Internet Group Corp has claimed that it has launched the first legal form of intranet gambling within the United States as it has signed two Native American tribal casinos to its network.

A company statement by ATIG says that Louisiana based Coushatta Indian Casino and California based Coyote Valley Casino have signed an agreement with ATIG to be the first casinos to legally offer intranet gambling in the United States.

The company statement notes that the Department of Justice has ruled that the Wire Act does not cover internet gambling.

ATIG currently offers a gaming platform to offer games through its proprietary network that links Indian casinos across 28 different states. Commenting on his company's software, ATIG CEO Donald L. Bailey said, "ATIG's gaming platform works within the casinos on Slots, Kiosks, on Android mobile phones and Samsung Tablets and some of our games play on iPhones. It's the next generation of server-based technology; in short, it's a casino within a casino."
