Online poker site 888poker has announced that it has signed an extension of its current sponsorship deal with the PGA EuroPro Tour for the 2012 season.
The sponsorship between the two organizations began last year, and because of the success of that deal, the two companies decided to continue their relationship.
888poker Director of Marketing Gareth Edwards said “888Poker is delighted to be the main title sponsor of the PGA EuroPro Tour. Having had such success with our experience last year, we are very confident that being the 2012 title sponsor ticks all the right boxes.”
PGA EuroProTour Operations Manager Danny Nickless said “I am absolutely delighted to announce that 888poker will be the Main Title sponsor of the PGA EuroPro Tour in 2012."
"888poker is an extremely professional, forward thinking and highly successful company who have an established name and brand that is great for the Tour to be linked with. I am really looking forward to what should be a great year.”
The PGA EuroPro Tour was founded in 2001 and has become the leading developmental golf tour worldwide. Many players have moved on from the EuroPro Tour to compete in the main European Tour.
