Earlier in the week gambling software developer Cryptologic announced that it has obtained a Malta online gambling license from InterCasino.
InterCasino is owned by OIGE, a client of Cryptologic's for a long time and utilizes the company's fully hosted casino platform. The licensing transfer has already been completed by the Maltese Lotteries and Gaming Authority.
Also in Cryptologic news, there has been no update on Crytoplogic's acquisition by Amaya Gaming. The deal was originally announced on December 15th and would see Amaya Gaming acquire the share capital of CryptoLogic for $2.50 per share.

"Crytoplogic's acquisition by Amaya Gaming" ? does that mean that Amaya Gaming Will by Cryprologic or what 🤷?
I ask this because I'm almost sure Cryptologic is one of the world's leading software providers, and it's acquisition should be something at least scandalous , aren't I right? It's the first time I've heard a rumor like that.
Cryptologic have some excellent software and games but their management has been pretty poor for a few years now. A couple of years back I almost bought some shares in the company when the share price was over $20. Not doing that turned out to be a great decision as recently it has been under $1.50 and popped up close to $2.50 when this Amaya announcement came out. Its not surprising or scandalous that they are being bought as the technology and games would be attractive to a competitor, and hopefully they will bring in some better management.
