Bwin.party has announced that it is extending its partnership with Dorna Sports S.L. to sponsor MotoGP through the year 2013.
Bwin has sponsored MotoGP since 2004 and has taken up the sponsorship of two MotoGp Gran Prix events; Gran Premio de España at Jerez and the Grand Prix Ceské republiky at Brno.
As part of the deal, bwin will have a heavy marketing presence at the Misano, Mugello and Silverstone Grands Prix with banners on the track in the pit lanes and at the starting line. The bwin logo will also be prominent on the race podium in press areas and on interview backdrops. The gambling giant will also have LED advertising to score the importance of technology and innovation in the bwin philosophy.
Bwin.party digital entertainment Co-CEO Norbert Teufelberger commented on the deal, saying “We are proud to announce the extension of our partnership with MotoGP for another two seasons.
