Woman Wins Lottery After Clerk's Mishap

A woman who intended to purchase a ticket for a different lottery ended up the recipient of some good luck as the error ticket won her $25 million.

The big winner is Kathy Scruggs from Lithonia, Georgia who wanted to purchase a Mega Millions lottery ticket from a local convenience store. When she placed the order for the ticket, she was instead given a ticket for the Powerball drawing on September 14th.

Scruggs decided to purchase the Mega Millions and Powerball tickets, and ended up winning the big jackpot.

The winning numbers? They were 16-64-42-50-59 and the Powerball was 5.

Woow that woman can bravely say she is DARN LUCKY! Why does that never happens to me, I am from Georgia too ! (but not the state, the country 😜 )
