LuckyClubCasino.com and its marketing partner Rich Club Affiliates have been sold to unnamed parties by Jackpot Capitol Group, with financial terms unavailable as of this report.
The casino was taken offline for a software switch to new software and is slated to reopen on October 24th.
Speaking about the changes, a Lucky Club Casino Rep said, "In the online casino world, Lucky Club Casino is a great brand. It will soon benefit from a new platform and players will have the chance to experience a whole new environment and games. We are confident that the brand is in good hands."
An email from Lucky Club Casino advised players to use up their balances and comp points before the switch over, saying:

Before being sold, Lucky Club Casino and Rich Club Affiliates were purchased by Jackpot Capital Group in the middle of last year. They were purchased along with Grande Vegas Casino and Grande Vegas Affiliates, which were sold six months later to Tigress Management.
