Swedish online software developer Net Entertainment commented on the massive progressive jackpot that was won by a 20 year old Norwegian student.
The Mega Fortune jackpot was valued at €11.7 million when the student beat the slot at online casino Betsson. It currently stands as the largest online gambling jackpot in history.
Speaking about the jackpot, Net Entertainment Acting President and CEO Björn Krantz said, “It is my pleasure to congratulate yet another multi-millionaire, and it is fantastic to acknowledge that Mega Fortune™ hits a world record in the online jackpot history."
Betsson Malta CEO Henrik Persson also commented on Mega Fortune, saying “Large jackpots are imperative for driving traffic and Net Entertainment's progressive jackpot Mega Fortune truly delivers, and is probably the most exciting progressive jackpot game on the online gaming market today.”
