Montenegro Market Exclusivity For Poker Company

A deal has been completed between 5050 Poker Holding AB, Montestars Poker, and Casino Avala, which will see Montestars Poker claim that it has Montenegro online gambling market exclusivity.

After the site finishes its final tests, Montestars Poker will provide online casino and poker games to customers. It is expected that the site will launch sometime within the current month.

5050 Poker Holding AB CEO Patrick Sjögren commented on the completed deal, saying "This is obviously very significant for us and for our partners. "The gaming world, and especially online gaming, is always looking for new markets, and this area of Europe is undoubtedly one of the hottest. That we now have exclusive rights in Montenegro shows that the brand 5050Poker is strong on the market".

A Montestars company statement was prepared following the completion of the deal which said, “in practice this deal means that Montestars Poker has the exclusive right to arrange poker, casino and sports booking in Montenegro”

Additionally, Montestars Poker Director Ranko Vukotic said, "We are obviously very pleased with the deal finally going through and that we now can start the business. Of course we see great potential in being able to cooperate with 5050Poker and Avala Casino."

5050 Poker Holding AB is a Gothenburg, Sweden based company that operates an online poker platform through a subsidiary, which is based in Malta. Casino Avala is a land based casino in Montenegro. It is licensed to operate through its National Montenigrin Gaming License and opened its doors to the public in June.
