Swedish online gambling company Betsson AB has signed a football sponsorship agreement with Valletta Football Club; its second deal in two weeks.
The deal is for two years and will see the Betsson logo appear on Valetta player shirts. Recently Betsson inked a sponsorship deal with Arsenal FC of the English Premier League.
Betsson Commercial Director Erik Grohman commented on the deal, saying "We at Betsson are passionate about sport and we love football, we are committed to conducting our business in Malta and we believe in supporting the society and sport.
“Valletta is striving to retain the championship and their targets go beyond that. It’s a perfect fit. We like to associate ourselves with the best and this is why we have chosen Valletta.”
