Bet2Go Now On The iTunes App Store

This story was published more than 11 years ago.

Residents of the United Kingdom can now download Bet2Go's mobile app as it has been fully approved and set inside the iTunes online store.

Punters who use the app will be able to wager bets within the United Kingdom, thanks to the software's geo-restriction feature built into the operating system. The app was developed by Cellectivity and is considered by the company as "a major breakthrough....which took into account the requirements of the legislative environment in the UK and ensured that Bet2Go and its partners had all the applicable licenses."

Bet2Go allows users to compare betting prices across several of the market's top sportsbooks, including Blue Square, Boyle Sports, Ladbrokes, Paddy Power, Skybet, and William Hill.

Cellectivity CEO Marcel Puyk commented on the completion of the app saying, “I am delighted to finally be able to offer our users the full range of supported mobile devices, including a native app on the Apple platform. We have been working on mobile betting since the very beginning, starting with SMS in 2002 and have migrated ever since to the latest available mobile platforms, culminating in what is arguably the best yet for mobile betting in Apple’s operating system and device range. Now our iPhone, iPod and iPad users will be able to enjoy our service in the most convenient way.”

have never gambled on my mobile, but I can imagine how tempting it is..... Although I'm not one of those lucky iPhone, iPod and iPad users, I'd gladly try gambling on these devices, especially on iPad (it's my dream to have one 🥀 )
