A decision by Rival Gaming to stop accepting new U.S. player registrations has led to AffiliateWide NV abandoning its software for a platform that will accept new American players.
In an email sent from Affiliate Wide to its marketing affiliates, AffiliateWide management sent the following message:
"We have received notification from our software provider, Rival that as from 7th August we will no longer be able to accept New US player registrations. Please note your existing US players will still be able to deposit and you will continue to earn commission on player generated revenues.
"In light of this decision we are changing our software provider to Top Game so we can continue to promote our product to the US. The process will involve migrating existing players and affiliates for our 3 brands; Box 24 Casino, Spartan Slots and Black Diamond Casino with an expected completion date of the 15th August 2011.
"You will continue to have access to Rival stats until the migration is complete. At which point you will be able to login to the Top Game Affiliate system where all your existing players will be tagged to your Top Game affiliate account. You will also be able to download new marketing material and tracking codes.
"Your login username will remain the same and you will be contacted before the 15th with details on how to access your account. We recommend that you keep a record of your Rival stats as once the migration is complete we will have access to this data for a short period of time."
