Online poker room Genting Poker has announced a statement saying that it has become the first poker site to launch Playtech's Home Game product. As a result of this launch, Genting Poker players will have the ability to create private tournaments.
To celebrate this milestone, Genting is giving players the ability to compete against poker pro James Akenhead in the Live Pro Home Game STT. This tournament will be held at Palm Beach Casino on Sunday November 6th. The winner of this tournament will include a sponsorship deal to the winner of the tournament valued at £10,000.
To qualify for the tournament, players will need to win or set up a private tournament at Genting before October 1st. Players will then play in the Pro Game Qualifier and the top 8 players of that tournament will be selected to play at the Lie Pro Home Game STT.
