The Department of Information and Communications in Ho Chi Minh City has fined four online gaming providers for releasing games on the internet without the correct permissions reports a Vietnam News Source.
The four companies FPT Online Joint Stock Company , Blue Sea Communication & Technology Company, King Software Joint Stock Company and Digital Solution Service Joint Stock Company were fined VND 40 million ($1,923) for the infringement.
The Blue Sea Communication & Technology Company offered online gaming services including gambling and chess on giaitri24.vn, topten.vn and jamo.vn with the other three offering a similar service on other websites.
