Gambling and romance came together at the MGM Grand Casino in Connecticut this week when a Massachusetts man persuaded casino staff to help him arrange an unusual marriage proposal, reports UPI. Thirty-four-year-old James Taylor enlisted the aid of the Ledyard casino's IT department to display a proposal to his girlfriend, Nicole Langevin (33) on the monitor above a pair of slot machines.
"Will You Marry Me, Nicole?" the display read as the couple approached it.
Taylor presented a diamond ring to go with the electronic proposal and Langevin said 'yes' to a wedding in 2012.
