Playtech share prices reacted positively on the news that the online gaming firm has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Gala Coral this week. The MOU confirms Playtech's advanced discussions with Gala Coral surrounding a major software contract between the two companies reports the Guardian.
The deal will involve key improvements to Gala Coral's websites which include the British version of coral, galabingo and galacasino as well as the migration of its platforms on to Playtech technology.
This latest development follows a resolution between William Hill and Playtech on contractual issues surrounding William Hill Online.
