Bankruptcy threat over says Tipos general manager

Tipos, Slovakia 's National Lottery company who was granted temporary protection from its creditors by a Bratislava I District Court earlier this month has withdrawn the restructuring report it submitted to the court saying that its bankruptcy threat is over, reported the Slovak Spectator.

Without going in to further detail, Miloš Ronec, Tipos’, general manager said: "Although Tipos has been found to be in a state of imminent bankruptcy, based on the recent facts and circumstances in place after the restructuring report has been worked out, there's no such threat anymore."
