Warren Cloud casinos rebranding?

This story was published more than 15 years ago.

The recent death of major RTG operator Warren Cloud was followed by the abrupt closure of most of his at times notorious online casino brands, but a rash of new operations has surfaced in the wake of this noteworthy industry occurrence, and speculation is rife about the ownership.

Players with no prior experience at any of the new brands have been spammed with promo offers inviting them to 'revisit,' suggesting that their account and contact details have been passed on to the new brands in breach of privacy ethics.

There are common elements in the presentation of the new casinos, and in some cases, player enquiries have allegedly adduced the information that the 'Virtual Group' - another major RTG licensee - could be the operator behind the new brands. The management pseudonym being used throughout appears to be "Alexander Cheadle", and dangerously generous bonuses and re-ups are being offered.

Neither RealTime Gaming or The Virtual Group had clarified the position when InfoPowa went to press this week, which is unusual considering such a large number of simultaneous launches.

The new brands include Planet 7, Gold Stream, Pharaoh's Gold, Lucky Palm, Cat's Eye, Ringmaster, Royal Ace, Captain Jack, and Silver Oak.
