Progressive jackpot history
This probably will not come as any kind of shock to you, but the way to win the Caribbean Stud Poker Jackpot is to play the poker variety of the same at Sky Vegas Casino. Those familiar with playing for jackpots in this poker game will instantly recognize that winning it here is the same as winning it elsewhere. During the ante phase of the game there is a special side circle in which gamers can place a chip. If they do this and put together a royal flush after having done so then the progressive jackpot is won!
The OpenBet version of Caribbean Stud has a rather unusual paytable on its progressive side bet. It pays 100% of the jackpot for a royal flush and 10% of the jackpot for a straight flush. This is fairly normal. However that is it as far as the side bet goes and players that are used to winning 500 credits for a four of a kind, for example, will be sorely disappointed. In fact the break-even value where the side bet RTP reaches 100% is £341,968, which is one of the higher ones we have seen online.
However, it is worth noting that Caribbean Stud Poker is also worth playing for the sake of the game itself. The rules are fairly straightforward: You receive a set of five cards and so does the dealer. His/her top card is showing and they only qualify for a hand if they have at least a king and an ace or higher. If they do not qualify, you win provided that you choose to play out the hand. Note that if you choose to play then you will have to put in twice more your ante bet (so a total of 3 times your initial bet). It’s a fun game to play only because it moves so fast and usually does not require much deep thinking about odds and such.
