The company literally pumps out more slots with identical symbols and features than a bunny at a breeding farm. The one redeeming factor here is the Grand Jester Jackpot, which has a huge cash prize available to punters that fill the reels with the funnyman.

The Grand Jester Jackpot is just like any other Novomatic slot, wherein you need to have every single reel filled with the stacked wild Jester symbol. The game's jackpot grows with every winning spin of the reels that doesn't set off the jackpot, with a portion of the bet going into the jackpot pool. While it seems like a simple process to get the jackpot to go off, the win doesn't happen often at all. We've never picked up a win on the game in the short time we've monitored the game, and we suspect it will be a while before we see one recorded.

The Grand Jester game itself is a travesty. The title is nearly identical to many other Novomatic games that I've looked at over the years, with just the background changing the graphic set. The same features (wilds, stacked wilds, and free spins) and other icons (orange, lemon, plum, blackberries, watermelon, bell, bar symbol, 7) are present. I could basically write this summary with my eyes closed and get 98% of it right at this point. That's how similar Novomatic's slots are.

With that being said, there are people that enjoy these games, and this jackpot will be one that they compete to try and get. If you're one of those punters, then by all means go for it. If not, you may want to find a jackpot tied to a game that's actually good.
