Progressive jackpot history

Traditional fruit symbols, a Joker and lots of flashy lights bring to your screen a truly Vegas atmosphere. Mega Joker Jackpot is not a typical video slot game. It features a progressive jackpot but the jackpot is drawn at random and there is no rule or minimum bet required to win it. The only thing you can do is play often and play lots. The jackpot is paid out quite regularly.

What gives the slot its "Mega" name is that you are playing on a 2x3-reel, 5-line multiple coin slot game. It features a basic mode on the bottom of the screen and a supermeter mode just above it. On the basic mode you can bet 1 or 10 coins.

The supermeter mode allows you to bet even more coins, starting from 20 up to 200. The higher you are betting the more the different fruit symbols may bring to you in prizes. Note though that the jackpot cannot be won while playing in the supermeter mode. All the credits you win here are stored in the supermeter mode, but the game allows you to move them back to the basic mode and your bankroll with the Collect button.

When you bet as high as 100 and 200 coins in the supermeter mode the Joker symbol on any of your reels rewards you with a mystery win. This win can range anywhere between 100 to 2000 coins. This slot may not feature too many fancy gimmicks, but the big amount of coins you can bet, the two different meter modes, and the potential progressive jackpot give the game a certain charm.

Lastly I must stress that you should always be betting the maximum 10 coins in the base game for a couple of very good reasons. Firstly it means that all 5 paylines lines are active and it gives you a chance to play in the supermeter mode. But even more importantly, it maximises the RTP of the game. Wagering a single coin only pays back a horrible 76.9% in RTP, while wagering the maximum 10 coins bumps the RTP up to a still pretty ordinary minimum of 89.1%. The game claims that you can furthermore achieve a maximum RTP of 99% through optimal play in the supermeter mode. However the correct strategy to use is unknown at this point in time, and the only real strategy that you could possibly use is to know when to stop playing and collect your supermeter winnings, so the boosted RTP claim is a bit of a moot point.
