About Orient Express
If you haven't seen 2017's awful Murder on the Orient Express, then you are lucky. I was subjected to this terrible take on a classic book, and am thankful for every minute that I'm no longer in the theatre watching that travesty. Yggdrasil Gaming's Orient Express slot is a much better take on the book, even with its cartoonish look and feel to it. The game has a great look and feel and brings you a bunch of features that make it a game that is well worth playing.
Orient Express is a 5 reel, 20 payline video slot that takes place on the Orient Express train, with you set on a long ride full of wealth and extravagance. The game's symbols include purple diamonds, green clubs, blue spades, red hearts, an old man, a brown haired man, a blonde man, blonde woman, train, conductor, title symbol, and more.
Features in the game are rich as well, including wild symbols, scatters, free spins, random multipliers, random wilds, walking wilds, and wild reels. These combine to give Orient Express a nice 96.1% return to player (RTP) percentage, which is about what we expect from a Yggdrasil online slot.
The game features four modes which are named after stops on the famous route: starting at Paris, then Venice, Belgrade, and finally Istanbul. Each mode corresponds to a different bonus feature. Paris offers sticky wilds that walk to the left on each re-spin until they move off the reels. Venice gives you a random multiplier clock that spins after each win, granting you 2-5x your regular winnings. Belgrade mode features trains that drive from right to left across the reels and stop at a reel, turning it completely wild. Finally Istanbul grants random wilds that appear as postcards flitting across the reels in the wind. You always start in Paris but once you have reached Istanbul, the game allows you to choose whichever city mode you would prefer to play in after each free spins round.
I really enjoyed my time with Orient Express. The game looks sharp, plays well, and packs in enough features to make you feel like you aren't on some slow train ride. The game performed equally well on both desktop and mobile platforms for me, which isn't a surprise, as Yggdrasil's mobile slots are some of the more screen friendly I've come across. If you're looking for a fun online slot that doesn't have a ton of pizazz to it, but is still a good experience, then I highly recommend you give this slot a go. It's one of the better Yggdrasil games for sure, and you'll likely enjoy the travels you go on.

I was playing it just once and by the way yesterday. From the first spins i thought that its just a copy of Invincible Man from netent and let me say that worst version. I dont like game play of Invincible man so sessions was quite short on this game. I have some running wilds but didnt win something.
Yggdrasil slots are designed for fun, not for big wins. I always feel this way whenever playing.
Orient Express is a very good themed game from the original literature and movie. Graphics and sounds are good. Features are good but at least two of them should be able to be combined for big wins.
And this kind of serial feature should give higher wins in the later stages...
