When I think of a virus named Cyrus, my first thoughts instantly drift towards Billy Ray or his daughter Miley. Yggdrasil Gaming is hoping to change those thoughts though with their new Cyrus the Virus slot, which takes you down to a molecular level and allows you to spread disease like it's named Hannah Montana while also attempting to win large payouts.
Cyrus the Virus is a 5 reel, 5 payline video slot that has an overall theme of gross germs, which serve as the game's symbols and have a bit of spunk added to them, giving us all a lot of shifty looking eyes and grunts as they're revealed on the reels.
The game's symbols include a blue worm germ, a teal round punk looking molecule, a green triangle gross guy, a diamond monster looking germ, an orange star disease, a red octopus alien thing, and a big blue monster germ. The game also has a couple of critters that peak out from the sides of the reels when a potential win is unfolding. The game's features are very simple, providing expanding wilds, free spins, and a reel set that pays from both left to right and right to left.
I've spent some time with Cyrus the Virus, and found that the game is pretty much a rehash on the slot Winter Berries, which I absolutely cannot stand. Like Winter Berries, I went for what seemed like an eternity without lining up any wins whatsoever. Once those wins did start to come in, I was given what seemed like teeny returns that didn't make a dent in what I lost.
I can't go out of my way to recommend this slot to you, but I know there will be people out there that do enjoy it, given its quirky theme.

this is a game yggdrasil which I think is pretty good even though never got a big win, but I rate this game has a good RTP, we can play with a long time there, let alone we use minbet, maybe $ 20 usd if its normal condition can last until 2-3 hours ... this game is great when we use to spend turnover requirements ..
I dont like this game at all. Slot doesnt look attractive to me visually and winnings from my first sessions were horrible.
This is one of those games I've never liked from Yggdrasil. I've tried it multiple times but haven't had any decent wins, not once I've had a win over 100x bet which only shows how poor the payouts are. I'd definitely recommend avoiding it. Design is quite quirky but also not my taste.
