About Vegas 3 Card Rummy
Vegas Three Card Rummy from RTG is definitely something different from most of the other table games out there. While at times it plays like three card poker or even Blackjack, it features a scoring system where the goal of the game is to actually accumulate as few point as possible. Sound interesting? It is, and it’s certainly worth giving a try!
Vegas Three Card Rummy information
Yes, it takes a little bit of getting used to, but once you play a couple of hands in this strangely addictive game, you will have no problem enjoying trying to rack up as few points as possible. While the gameplay is certainly great and makes for constantly entertaining hands, the presentation could use a makeover. Choppy graphics and non-existent music are definitely the lowlights of this otherwise great game.
How to play Vegas Three Card Rummy
Begin by making an ante wager of up to $100 as well as an additional bonus of up to the same amount before clicking on 'deal' to receive your cards. Once you have received your cards, you can opt to either put in an amount equal to your ante and play things out, or you can fold. Note that the dealer must have a sum of 20 or lower to qualify.
If the dealer qualifies and you manage to put together a lower scoring combination than the dealer's, you win an amount equal to your ante and the play bet, which can pay out as low as 1:1 or as high as 4:1 depending on your hand. The bonus bet will also only pay out if you put together a strong combination. If the dealer fails to qualify, you win an amount equal to your ante bet, regardless of your cards.
Gamers should also be aware that certain sets of cards will essentially cancel out and equal 0, thereby lowering the total in your hand. For example, if you have a pair of cards or two consecutive cards of the same suit, they will cancel out and be considered as equal to 0.
