This game has recently become very popular for online players thought it has boasted a great popularity in Asian land based casinos. The game is simple but more importantly your odds for winning are 50:50 and these kinds of odds always make a game attractive.
The RTG layout of the game is not too bad. You have a feeling of sitting at a proper Baccarat table but the game could use some background music and less annoying sound effects. Besides this everything else is solid.
The game is played between you and the banker with a standard deck of cards. The goal is to try to guess whose cards, your or the bankers, will be closer in total to the number 9. You both receive two cards and the sums of these cards are added up. Cards from 2 to 9 are counted at their face value; cards from 10 to King are counted as 0 and the Ace as 1. You add the cards up and ignore the tens digit, this means the total can only be between 0 and 9, and there is no chance for you to bust.
There is also the option to bet on a tie, between your two hands. If there is a tie, you get paid any bets you place on the 'tie' portion of the table, other bets will be returned.
Start by placing your bets. Click first on whether you are placing a bet the banker, the player or a tie. Then click on the chips to choose the bet size. After all this is done click on the Deal button so that you and the banker can receive cards. The cards are dealt and their sums added up. If you have placed a winning bet after the sums have been compared you get paid out and can start the next hand.
