About American Roulette
Are you ready to spin the wheel in American Roulette from RTG? This iconic casino game always provides loads of entertainment for novice and expert gamers alike. Have you always wondered what’s all the fuss is about this game that’s been lionized by James Bond and countless other dramas and spy movies? Well, now is your chance to find out!
American Roulette (RTG) information
Roulette comes in numerous varieties, and this one is, as they say, as American as apple pie! Actually, the American Roulette table is not studded in white stars or red and white stripes. The only thing that makes it different from other versions of Roulette, the existence of a '00' chamber (most other varieties feature only the '0' chamber), is not particularly American in any sense.
Relative to other presentations of Roulette and American Roulette, the RTG offering is actually fairly pedestrian. The graphics are decidedly average and there is no background music to keep you company. Perhaps it is time for an update here.
How to play American Roulette (RTG)
One's first look at a Roulette board is sure to be intimidating. However, novice gamers should rest assured that American Roulette is a very easy game to figure out how to play.
The overarching premise is to wager in which of 38 chambers a little ball will land when it is released into a rotating wheel. You are allowed to make any combination of the following bets:
Ranges: Attempt to guess in which range of numbers the ball will land in.
Red/Black: Pick whether the ball will land on a red number or black number.
Odd/even: Determine whether the next number that comes up will be odd or even.
Pairs/quads: This bet allows you to bet on sets of two or four numbers.
Singles: Pick the single number you think the ball will end up on.
Note that you stand to win more with riskier bets.
