How to play Double Attack Blackjack

The rules in this one offer a lot of twists to traditional Blackjack, so we would point to another source for the complete rules. We will go over the bigger twists: The first is that once you make your bet, the dealer receives one card and you have the option of doubling your ante bet (this is not necessary). There is also a special "bust it" side bet where you win 5:2 if the dealer busts with exactly three cards. You earn even more if he/she happens to bust with three eights.
