Robin Hood serves as an all-time classic tale for most, but for me this is one of the most boring stories of all-time. The thief who robs from the rich and gives to the poor also robs us of time and puts us to sleep. Game designer Play'n GO doesn't see it this way though, and they've developed the Riches of Robin slot to help get Robin to line your pockets with the King's gold.
Riches of Robin is a 5 reel, 20 payline video slot set in the town of Nottingham, where you get to experience Robin's crime spree, wherein he robs innocent people with a deadly weapon. Icons include the standard slot symbols (hearts, spades, clubs, diamonds), as well as Robin Hood, a target, sacks of gold coins, a monk, a musician, Little John, the princess, and a thief.
Features in the game include scatters, free spins, wild symbols, and re-spins. The game has a maximum win of 1,000x your wagered amount and the game has a default Return to Player percentage of 96.7%, which is actually quite high for an online slot. Free spins are triggered with just two scatters, and you can score up to 20 with a 5x win multiplier during the round.
As with all Play'n GO games though, the RTP numbers can be adjusted by the casino offering the game. The lowest number I've seen for the game is 84.5%, which you should avoid like it has the flu.
Graphically speaking, Riches of Robin is impressive, as the visuals are presented in high definition. There's also a bit of animation that takes place when you trigger a win. It's not much, but it does add some "pop" to the game.
Riches of Robin can be played on smartphones, and it plays very well as a mobile slot. I found the visuals sharp, controls to be good, and the gameplay is identical to the desktop version. If you're looking for a game to play on the go, you can certainly do worse than this title.
While I hate Robin Hood, I will say that fans of the story have a lot to like here. Give it a spin and see if you can score some stolen gold without racking up a felony rap sheet.

I am a big fan of Play n Go games however this game I don't like at all. i have tried it several times and not once had a win over 30x bet. Base game pays almost nothing, unless you are very lucky. Won't be playing ever again.
Probably its impossible for me to find Robin Hood themed slot which I would enjoy to play 🙂 This one also is not. In most cases when I play it it just empty spins with missed shots for extra wins so base game is boring. I had few bonuses and once I won over 100 x bet but it was the only one time when I left game being satisfied.
