About Gaelic Gold
There are some things that you just expect to see when you look at a company's slot catalog. Ancient Egypt, China, and Leprechaun slots are all part of this common trope you see with game developers. When I boot these games I often roll my eyes, as they're just so overused. This ends up being the case with the Gaelic Gold slot from Nolimit City, as it doesn't really do much to separate itself from the chaff of Irish leprechaun titles already ou there.
Gaelic Gold is a 3 reel, 5 payline video slot that's set in the rolling hills of Ireland, complete with rainy clouds and a rainbow coming together in the clouds. The game's symbols are simple low-paying standard wood 10s, Js, Qs, Ks, and As, complete with higher-paying leprechaun hats, shoes, beer pints, gold horseshoes, flowers, and leprechaun himself. The symbols are sharp and bright, and look nice on your screen as they pop up.
Features in the game include free spins, nudge reels, and stacked wilds. The feature set is simple, and that's because this is a very simple game. The slot has a default return to player percentage of 96.2%, but operators can configure this to be 94.4%, which isn't great. You should always check to make sure you're playing at a casino that has the higher RTP in operation.
Gaelic Gold has a mobile mode built-in, which is identical in look and operation to the desktop version of the game. The slot is decent enough but when you compare it to the other Nolimit City slots out there, there are a lot better options. Still, if you're looking for a little luck of the Irish, this is a game that's a decent option.
I've played this game a few times but it's one of my least favourites from Nolimit City. I haven't had any wins over 50x bet and the theme isn't something I'm a fan of. It's not a bad game, but they've definitely produced many better looking/ paying games.
Not a fan of classic 3 reels slots but this game I like. Mostly because of the wild reels with a multiplayer in the middle. It lets to get some nice wins quite often.
