About Miss Midas

I often wish that I held the Midas Touch, where everything I touched turned to gold. The Miss Midas slot by NextGen Gaming allows you to pretend you hold this power, as you spin the reels and try to land some large cash prizes. Does the golden reputation of the theme pass off to players?

Miss Midas is a 5 reel, 25 payline video slot that takes place inside a palace full of riches. The game's theme is wealth, and includes a variety of luxury symbols alongside standard slot symbols. The card symbols include 9, 10, Jack, Queen, King, and Ace, while the luxury symbols include roses, bowls of fruit, a throne, a peacock, a castle, and a princess wearing a crown.

Feature wise, Miss Midas includes scatter symbols, free spins, and wild symbols, along with expanding wilds that can pop up and really expand your winnings. The game also has a theoretical posted RTP percentage of between 95.3% and 95.6%, which is about average for an online slot. The game's highest RTP is achieved when you play the highest-level Super Bet feature, so you have to dish out a bit more to get a slight edge on RTP.

I played Miss Midas for a bit, and walked away unimpressed. The game's presentation certainly is nice, but the slot really seemed to wear on me quickly, as the game is light on the features. Still, there will be a considerable number of people who enjoy Miss Midas as it certainly looks nice and gives players the chance to get in on the ritzy theme of living like royalty.

If you're looking for some great NextGen Gaming slots to play, I'd personally recommend 1 Can 2 Can, Dr Love, or Green Lantern, but can fully respect if you opt to play this slot.
