About Tally Ho

For those of you not in the know, Tally-Ho is actually used to refer to a number of things aside from this 5 reel, 9 pay line Microgaming slot. It also has a fair number of references in popular culture. Historically, however, it is mainly known as a kind of battle cry shouted by hunters to get their hounds rearing for battle. Maybe you will belt out the same as you set out on your ‘hunt’ for winnings in this strangely entertaining game.

Nearest anyone can tell, the theme of this game relates to the high-class world of supposedly wealthy British. This would explain the symbols of wealth which comprise the icons in this game: the fancy fox, a sleek yellow car, cheese and crackers, strawberries and cream, tea, cheesecake, a mansion, a stallion, a hunting horn and sandwiches. Perhaps you’re looking to become the proud owner of some of these icons of the good life by striking it rich in this game.

How to play Tally Ho

Before saddling up on your hunting horse, you must decide how much money you want to put up in this fancy hunting adventure. Play with the pay lines, bet per line and bet denomination to make the bet anywhere from $.01 to $90. Once you’ve chosen what your ante will be, click on ‘spin’ to give the reels a spin.

Tally Ho has three notable features – a scatter bonus tied to free spins, a wild icon and a gamble feature. If you have three, four or five hunting horns come up anywhere on the screen, your initial bet is multiplied by 4, 25 or 50 times respectively and you win 10 free spins. The wild horse is the wild icon; it can substitute any symbol aside from the aforementioned scatter icon and, when it does so, it doubles the winnings on the pay line it is on. If that wasn’t enough, the gamble feature allows you to try and guess the color of a playing card to double your winnings. Alternatively, you can attempt to guess its suit in order to quadruple the amount won.
