About Ferris Bueller's Day Off
Ferris Bueller's Day Off is now more than just one of the most popular movies of all time. Thanks to witty, film-loving slot creators, this timeless classic now comes to us in the form of a 25 payline, 5 reel slot game that features tons of symbols from the 1980s movie. It is also one of several games tied to the Hollywood Bonus at Intercasino.
Ferris Bueller's Day Off
Who could ever forget or possibly dislike Ferris Bueller's Day Off? This wonderful movie starring Matthew Broderick as a kid skipping school to enjoy a beautiful Chicago day with his best friend and girlfriend is one of the most beloved films ever, and for good reason. It should then come as no surprise that it dawned on some very clever people that this popularity should be parlayed into a slot game.
Insofar as a slot game can be true to a movie, Ferris Bueller's Day Off certainly is: It features various symbols which are taken straight from the movie, including the infamous car, the girlfriend, Principal Rooney, Ferris' parents, Principal Rooney's secretary, a 'save Ferris' balloon, and the angry dog. Ferris' parents and the balloon are the two special icons here. The former is the wild which is the game's most lucrative symbol and replaces all icons aside from the balloon. On the other hand, the balloon is the scatter which activates the oh-so-fun "fake the parents" bonus game. Three or more balloons will give you access to this kooky feature.
There is just one minor, no make that glaring, ommission. Where is Ferris? Presumably the creators didn't have the rights to use Broderick's image in the game. So rather bizarrely we have a game themed on a movie that is missing the main character that the movie is named after. Disappointing.
How to play Ferris Bueller's Day Off
You do not have to have the kind of flexibility Ferris had during his day off to be successful in playing this slot. All you have to do here is make your bet using the "lines" and "bet" buttons and then push "spin." From here, it's a matter of crossing your fingers and hoping the reels treat you right. For more information, give the "paytable" button a push.
