BCasino- complicated bonus t&cs, unfair account handling and server issues.

I recently had a withdrawal of winnings revoked at Bcasino. This has prompted me to independently investigate and research the legalities of the way this casino operates. At the moment I am looking in depth into an error message that I have been made aware of on my account. I have screen shot this message and have attached it to this post. Could anyone enlighten me in any way as to what this means? I am interested in learning more if possible into how this could possibly effect the device or site that I am using? Any help and information would be much appreciated. Thanks

I tried to visit this casino a few days ago and the exactly same thing happened to me as well. Maybe CL-Ed can comment on this more?

Hi, thanks for the reply. That suggests to me that it’s definitely not an issue that I may have, and more than likely bcasinos site. I was slightly concerned it was an error with my device or something. Thanks again

Did you manage to access the site? No I don't think you were the only one, I had several issues while trying to access the casino site.

I have no problems accessing the site. That’s ok, so is depositing money. My issues were arose when I recently made a withdrawal after wagering through a bonus. After emailing me saying it would take 5 days to clear, I recieved another email to say I had broken the t& cs of bonus and I could still play there but I would get no money. So I started I started researching all the t & cs thoroughly and realised that many of the links took me to the homepage log in. The links didn’t work on them. Then I found the server not working and read up on consumer rights regarding Casinos T& cs ect.... I have never seen bonus t and cs like it! In all I screenshot step by step pages of it and and what happens when the link is pressed. I missed some areas of the t and cs admittedly when I opted for a bonus, but they are not accessible. I asked for game play statements to be emailed to me, I was told to wait 8 weeks! Sorry about the rant!
