Slots Fan Restaurant gift cards are always nice. On a site I go to you earn points and can cash them in for Chilis, Olive garden, and Outback gift cards. Oh and movie gift cards like at NCG and amc theaters!!!

Yes, I've done that one before. Check out Swagbucks. It's easy to earn an Amazon card there in no time. I would give you my referral link, but I've forgotten my password, and have to start a new account. You get points by just searching for things. They have one day that you get extra bucks. The most I ever got in one search was 39 Swagbucks. Check it out.
