If you have tried to visit us over the past 6 or 7 hours you'll be no doubt familiar with the grey error page saying there was a server timeout. The good news is that we're back, but the bad news is that we still have no idea why or how it happened. Our best guess is that there was an internet routing problem on servers in between Incapsula, which is a service that protects us from DDoS attackers, and our server. Our server was fine, their servers were fine, but it appears that they just could not connect and talk to each other.
Now at least I can go back to enjoying my Saturday morning. Have a great weekend everybody!

Forum AngelYeah I saw the error message a few times when I tried to log, hopefully it wasn't due to hackers attacks but like you said it's frustrating when you don't know why that happened.
